We deliver Australia-wide. Free delivery is available on orders over $1000 within the Sydney metro area. For regional and interstate orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Requirements Due to the size and weight of our shelving products, delivery is to ground floor or loading dock only. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for any costs associated with moving items beyond the delivery point.
Local Pick-Up Local pick-up is welcome! If you prefer to collect your order in person, please contact us to arrange a suitable time. Pick-up is available from our Sydney warehouse. We will confirm the address and availability upon request.
Freight Damage Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged, please note it on the delivery docket and contact us within 48 hours at hubrack001@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
Custom Orders Custom-sized orders may require additional lead time. We will confirm the estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
